With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Arthur leads Rivergum Building Services with a passion for quality craftsmanship. Arthur works closely with clients during the initial stages of each project, collaborating on the scope of works, material selections, and offering expert advice on possible options. Once the project is underway, Arthur provides oversight to ensure projects are completed to the specifications and on time. Arthur is committed to continuous improvement, ensuring his team stays sharp through regular training on the latest materials and products and is dedicated to training the next generation of trades people, employing apprentices and hosting work experience students to foster future talent in the industry.

Within the team Jake is especially known for the ability to tackle challenges head-on and find innovative solutions. Passionate about sustainable building, Jake is a strong advocate for Green Smart practices and he loves creating homes that are as environmentally responsible as they are beautiful.

Dean values open communication and is dedicated to making the construction journey a seamless, stress-free experience for our clients. Ensuring the highest quality in every detail, he loves seeing the client’s vision brought to life.

Brent has been a valued member of Rivergum Building Services for eight years, starting as an apprentice and working his way up to his role as a Leading Hand Carpenter. He enjoys the variety of projects we take on, from renovations and additions to decks and bathrooms. With a strong work ethic and a reliable, organised approach, Brent plays a key role in supervising and training apprentices while ensuring high-quality workmanship on every job.

Myles is a second-year carpentry apprentice at Rivergum Building Services and is already showing great potential in the trade. He is developing his skills quickly and gaining valuable hands-on experience across our renovation and extension projects. Myles is a dedicated team player and is always eager to learn from the experienced carpenters and supervisors around him.

Jack has enjoyed coming on-site with Arthur for as long as he can remember, and as soon as he was old enough to get his white card, he began working as a casual labourer for the family business. Now, while studying, he spends much of his uni break—and any spare time during the semester—labouring on-site and helping to keep our sites clean and organised by removing building waste with the tip truck.

From payroll and book keeping to insurances and business administration, she keeps the business organised and on track and provides essential support that keeps our projects moving forward.
